The little sibling of Io, Europa shares much of Io's artistic vision, albeit with a cool, icy vibe. Europans are often mistrusted due to their laid-back demeanor, but after a couple of drinks and a good amount of talking they'll reveal an intense sense of kinship for their fellow Jupiterians.

The character of a Europan city is stark and drenched in neon (a stereotype, I know). Using a mix of Organicretes and metal, city ports lack the earthiness of Io, but make up for it in their intense sense of detail for a decent lightshow. Think fairy lights, flashing signs and the warm glow of a pulse-lamp.
